SLEIS arrives in Tennessee!

In late July 2016, the online internet based State/Local Emissions Inventory System (SLEIS) that APC acquired was installed. Much work is still needed to bring it to a ready state of use for active Emission Inventory work, but a big first step has been accomplished. KUDOS to the IT Department for their hard work and persistence in achieving this goal.
