Updated CSV File Editor Workbook

A new SLEIS CSV File Editor workbook is available on the APC Emissions Inventory web page to replace the SLEIS CSV DataUpLoad workbook. This latest version has all the new features. 1. If a process reports HAP-VOC but does not report VOC the data validation ended with an error. This is fixed. 2. It is observed that the PM primary not equal to the sum of PM filterable and PM condensible data validation check sometimes issues this error wrongly. A change to how this check is implemented appears to force a correct assessment of the data. If you do get this error, examine the data. If your data satisfies the constraint, then ignore the error. 3. When data validation checks are made cells identified as having errors are highlighted in orange. Manual removal of the highlighting after making data corrections is no longer required. The data validation program removes the cell highlights prior to making the data validation checks. 4. Manual removal of the messages added to the ProcessEmissions worksheet during data validation is no longer required.
