ADD New Facility User

All users must register. Only new users need to be included on a SLEIS Registration form. Existing Users do NOT need to be included on a SLEIS Registration form. Please notify APC EI Team of all personnel who have changed position or left the facility and no longer need access to SLEIS so their account may be deactivated. If a person or a whole facility has a change of email address, that person or whole facility must re-register with the new email address. The email address is the SLEIS User ID.
